About the programme

The Reconstruct a Better You programme is for women who have lost themselves and want to find themselves again.

Who want to stop feeling depressed, anxious, neglected and invisible to the world, and want to take back control of their lives, as they learn to love and accept themselves for who they are.

This programme will help you change the way you feel inside and out, as you gain a new-found confidence in who you are and empower yourself to stop settling and holding yourself back in all areas of your life.

You’ll break the control food has over you, learn how to control your emotions, revitalise your energy levels, have stronger relationships, get rid of self-doubt and let go of the past that is holding you back.

How it works:

The programme is broken down into different phases, with each phase having a series of videos and tasks to continue building on your journey. You can move forward at your own pace, basing everything around you, your goals and the changes you want to make.

You’ll join a team of likeminded women in our community Facebook group, where you’ll be supported, kept accountable and consistent every step of the way.

In here you’ll get access to Byron for ongoing support during and beyond your time on the programme, get to take part in weekly challenges, cooking tasks, check ins and other team based activities, so that you know you are never alone.

Here’s what you can expect in each phase: 

Phase 1: Empowering yourself

The first step is all about empowering yourself to take back control of your life, shifting your mindset and helping you get clear on the person you want to become.

Here you will build the foundation on which everything else will thrive, regain your confidence in who you are and unlock your internal motivation.

You’ll start focusing on fuelling your body with what it needs, revitalising how you feel mentally, physically and emotionally.

Phase 2: Letting go of the past

Your past doesn’t have to define your future and here you will uncover how to let go of what’s happened, stop blaming yourself and overcome the beliefs and fears that are holding you back.

You’ll learn to accept yourself for who you are, seeing that you aren’t a failure, you are good enough and that you deserve to be happy, as you start moving on with your life.

Phase 3: Planning for the future

Now that you are clear on the person you want to become, here you will start tailoring your journey around you. You’ll set your own goals, put together a plan to move forward in all areas of your life, find ways to get round the barrier of time and step by step start moving towards the person you want to become.

You’ll break it down into small steps, that aren’t daunting, overwhelming, or making your journey anymore stressful than it needs to be.

Phase 4: Changing how you feel about food

Here you will get to the core of why you eat the way you do, improving your relationships with food, becoming more mindful of your eating habits, finding what triggers comfort or emotional eating and getting a shift that breaks the control food has over you.

You’ll work out why you have struggled with what you ate in the past and how to break the cycle you’ve got stuck in.

Phase 5: Setting yourself free

Phase 5 is about moving on with your life, putting an end to self-sabotaging, changing how you feel about yourself and giving yourself permission to focus on you.

Phase 6: Focusing on you

A big part of improving your health and finding your inner happiness is balance, which is why the final step is all about making sure you aren’t burning the candle at both ends, teaching you how to manage stress, improve sleep and deal with conflict.

Community

As part of this programme you will also get LIFETIME access to our Facebook community, where you’ll join a team of like minded women on similar journeys.

Here you’ll be kept consistent and accountable every step of the way, as you can share you story, get support, make friends, share recipes and have access to Byron for any questions or assistance that you need.

You’ll also get to take part in weekly challenges, check-ins, team tasks and other activities to keep you on track and enjoy the journey.

I can't thank Byron enough for allowing me on the programme. I've pushed limits I didn't think I was ready yo push!! I've been exercising, drinking more water, eating a more balanced diet. I've gone down in dress sizes.. I feel more happy in myself too. Also I've noticed I'm not in as much pain with this stupid ms, I very rarely take painkillers now. Since being on the plan I've stopped walking with a walking stick, my balance is better, I'm sleeping a bit better, I feel more energised. I've still a way to go, but I'm getting there
