Why Tailored Lifestyles?

Sure you may get some results from using a generic plan or one size fits all approach, but if you truly want to look and feel better than you ever have before you need to take a more structured approach that is designed personally for you and that’s exactly what we do. After all, there’s more to better health than just what you eat and how much you move which is why we look at other factors that influence your wellbeing, from your nutrition to activity levels, developing habits, managing stress, getting proper rest and recovery, as well as improving your mind-set. 

Why should you coach me?

It’s fair to say I’ve been through it all. From losing weight to increasing my activity levels, improving my outlook, mindset and general wellbeing. Which is why I know exactly how daunting and overwhelming starting your journey can be.

There’s no denying change is hard, which is why to become the best version of yourself you need a coach who not only knows what you need to reach your goals, but who has also been through it themselves so that they are able to guide and support you every step of the way.

So, are you just a PT?

I offer services and expertise far beyond the scope of practice traditionally covered by a personal trainer. My qualifications certify me to give more than simply fitness advice and I am passionate about helping others to improve their health. That is why I spent close to two years thoroughly conducting research to write my book and develop the coaching programmes listed on this site. It is because of this that I am able to offer a holistic approach to you reaching your goal, regardless as to whether it entitles losing weight, putting on muscle, getting leaner or improving your diet to name a few.

What qualifications do you have?

I am qualified in:

  • Level 3 Advanced Diploma in Nutrition and Weight Management
  • Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
  • Nutrition for Sports and Exercise
  • Behaviour Change Coaching
  • Childhood Nutrition and Obesity prevention
Is online coaching for me?

If you have a hectic routine and would struggle to commit to a regular attendance or time slot, then online coaching offers you all the benefits in traditional coaching, plus the added bonus of being able to be completely flexible around your other commitments.

Can I work with you in person?

Yes, I train clients as well as run the ‘10 weeks to a better you’ programme out of Fitness First in Solihull, UK. If you are not a member but live in the vicinity or midlands area and would like one-to-one coaching send me a message and we can see if we can sort something out.

I’m not from the UK, can you still coach me?

Due to the wonders of the internet I am able to work with people from around the world, regardless of time differences or barriers that otherwise would have existed.

What is online Fitness Coaching?

If you are already competent in the gym or have a ever changing schedule meaning you can’t commit to regular sessions but still want personalised programme design, tracking and progression, then online coaching is for you. I’ll design a programme tailored around your individual goals, which  you can do around your own schedule and getting all the benefits from having a PT at a fraction of the price.

Which package or programme is best for me?

This depends entirely on your individual goals, ability, routine, lifestyle and required level of support. If you are unsure the best bet is to contact me first and we can discuss which service would be most suited to your specific needs.

How do you conduct online sessions?

In most cases they are done over Skype, but depending on the person alternative arrangements can be made such as a phone call or face time. This would be discussed in your initial consultation where we can discuss which method would best be suited to you.

What additional support do I get?

Outside of your one-to-one sessions, you have unlimited email access to me on a day-to-day basis. Meaning whenever you have a question, need some support, or simply just want to check in you can contact me at the click of a button or the touch of a pad! You also get free access to the sites online community, which I am to grow and develop into a large and supportive network of like minded individuals, all trying to become the best versions of themselves.

The reality is traditional dieting methods simply don’t work. They didn’t work for me and they haven’t worked for you, otherwise you wouldn’t be reading this right now. So if you finally want to get free from dieting and making lasting change it is essential you change the ingrained habits that always keep you going round in circles.
