As while those weight loss groups may give you nutrition and accountability, they don’t change your mindset, behaviours, or get you to be more active in a way that works for you.  

And although those weight loss drinks or crazy diets may give you nutrition, again, they don’t change your mindset, keep you accountable, or get you moving.

And yes those crazy workouts may get you moving, but..I’m sure you get the point by now!

Without all 4 of these pillars, no matter how hard you try, in the long-run it just doesn’t work, and that’s why people go round and round in circles, never making lasting changes.

And I should know.

I used to buy into the whole idea that a healthy lifestyle just wasn’t possible for me, that it was all about eating bland boring foods or spending everyday in the gym.

And I couldn’t think of anything worse. 

At the time I was close to 50 pounds heavier and had huge issues with everything from self-confidence to my relationships with food, doing no exercise and simply dealing with the ups and downs of everyday life.

And this caused me to fall into a rut from which I started to believe there was no way out, causing me to feel trapped, overwhelmed and depressed.

My dad’s cancer was the wakeup call that I needed to do something about my own health, and I’m living proof that you don’t have to just accept the way things are, that you can change, and that anything truly is possible.

Since then I’ve been on a mission to help as many people as possible take control of their health, and in that mission I set out to do something different, that actually works and gets you permanent results.

That’s why I created the 12/80 Body for Life Programme.

Not only will you finally achieve the body of your dreams, but you will also keep it as well, as you lose weight, regain your confidence, learn to manage stress and make maintainable changes to the way you eat, think, move and live.

So what’s the 12/80 all about?

The programme is going to be 12 weeks of one-to-one coaching over Skype/the phone, and everything will be completely tailored around you. As far as the 80 goes, that’s something you will find out more about in your first session!

What we are going to do?

You’ve spent the last few years fixated on pleasing everyone else but yourself, but now it’s time to do something for YOU.

And during our time together we will be focusing on:

Together we are going to improve the way you eat, finding meals based around foods you love without dieting, restriction or starving yourself.

Mindset Coaching

This is the glue that holds it all together, and through the use of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) I’m going to help you discover why you act, think and respond the way you do.</p> <p>We’re going to get to the bottom of your behaviours, relationships with food and past events or traumas, along with the limiting beliefs that are holding you back, creating a momentum shift to empower you to take control of your journey.

Increase Activity Levels

You’re going to start moving more, in a way that you actually enjoy and without having to spend everyday in the gym.

Accountability

This is essential, as the only way new behaviours are formed is if you stick to them, which is why I am going to be there to help guide, coach and support you every step of the way.
